Returns & Exchanges

At Wisdom Alchemy, we pour care into every mist, tincture, and blend we create. We want you to feel completely happy with your order, so if something isn’t quite right, we’ll always make it right.

If Something’s Wrong

All of our creations are made with love and care, and they’re meant to arrive to you in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll organise a replacement, repair, or refund. We’ll also cover the return shipping if the issue is on us.

Change of Heart

We know that sometimes a product may not be exactly what you were looking for. While we don’t have to offer change-of-mind returns under Australian law, we happily do so within 14 days of delivery as long as the item is:

- unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

- returned in resaleable condition

Return postage in this case is yours to cover, and once the item is safely back with us, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

A Note on Open Products

For health and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on any opened food, oils, or wellness products unless they are faulty.

Simply email us at [email protected] with your order number and a quick note about what’s happened, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

We pay our respects to Elders past, present, and emerging and extend that respect to all First Nations people.
